AIM Level 5 applications

The application for AIM Level 5 is now available on Hive. Applications will no longer be accepted on PIP. A detailed Q&A document, PowerPoint slide and the recording of the online training session are available and can be accessed here. It is advised that AIM Level 5 applications are submitted three months prior to the planned start date in ECCE. Financial Impact Returns (FIRs) – Community Services

Financial Impact Returns for April 2022 are now available for completion on Pobal Online. Please refer to announcements for further information.

National Child Safeguarding Programme

The National Child Safeguarding Programme, Early Learning and Care, has a website that contains resources and information and publications on child safeguarding. Please click on the website link for further information:   www.childsafeguardingelc.ie

Transition Fund

A small number of Early Learning & Care and or SAC services in County Cork have not yet applied for the Transition Fund. Guide to Becoming a Childminder’ Online Information session  

On Wednesday 1st June @ 7pm Westmeath, Offaly, Kildare, Longford. Louth and Meath County Childcare Committees are running an online information session for anyone interested in Childminding. Please share this link with anyone who would like to attend the session:
