Following a number of calls to EYPC, there appears to be some misunderstanding regarding the Applicant Declaration form and the Fees Table print out available on the Hive.
- The ECCE Applicant Declaration Form is an ECCE form and only related to the ECCE programme, therefore it will reflect ECCE information only. This is printed once the ECCE registration is submitted. The three blank fields on the ECCE Declaration Form (indicated in yellow below) must be manually completed by the provider.
- The fees related to all programmes contracted by the service provider will be printed from the Fees Table once it is submitted on Hive. Please refer to How to create a Fees Table available on Hive here.
