Irish Medium Education outside of the Gaeltacht Consultation
The Department of Education is conducting a consultation process to inform the development of a new policy for Irish-medium education outside of the Gaeltacht.
You are invited to have your say on issues such as:
• How can we increase opportunities for children and young people to access Irish medium education?
• How can we increase the supply of teachers and other staff with a high standard of Irish?
• What additional supports would be useful for the Irish-medium sector? To have your say or to find out more, go to gov.ie/POLG
Tá an Roinn Oideachais ag tabhairt faoi chomhairliúchán poiblí ar mhaithe le polasaí nua a fhorbairt don oideachas lánGhaeilge lasmuigh den Ghaeltacht.
Tugtar cuireadh duit do chuid tuairimí a chur in iúl ar cheisteanna ar nós:
• Conas is féidir an líon leanaí agus daoine óga atá ag freastal ar scoileanna lán Ghaeilge a mhéadú?
• Conas is féidir an soláthar múinteoirí agus baill foirne eile, a bhfuil ardchaighdeán Gaeilge acu, a mhéadú?
• Cén tacaíochtaí breise a bheadh úsáideach don earnáil lán-Ghaeilge?
Chun do thuairimí a chur in iúl, nó chun tuilleadh eolas a fháil, téigh go gov.ie/POLG
