Westmeath Community Development (WCD) is recruiting for a number of Childcare practitioner posts in its Afterschool services in the Mullingar, Gainstown & Athlone areas. The Childcare Practitioner will support a high-quality service that provides a safe and nurturing environment and promotes the holistic needs of each child attending the service.
- Contract: Fixed Term contract to August 2026 [renewed subject to funding]
- Hours: 20-hours/week (afternoon hours normally from 1.30-5.30pm daily)
- Salary: Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Start date: Expected start date will be last week of August 2025
