The previous annual re-contracting process for the childcare programmes has been replaced this year by ‘re-entry’ through the submission of 2015/16 Fee Payments Policies (FPP) on the PIP System.

Service Providers who submit their 2015/16 FPP for each childcare programme/contract, through the PIP System, will be considered to be re-entering into the childcare programme for the 2015/16 Programme Call.
If a FPP is not submitted then it will be considered that the service provider does not intend to run the relevant childcare programme for the 2015/16 Programme Call and as such will not receive any advance payments.
For services who have not previously been ‘in contract’ for the ECCE or TEC Programmes but wish to do so, please contact Westmeath County Childcare Committee, who will assist you to apply.
The closing date for new applications is the 25th May 2015.
