About the Programme
This programme will build on practitioners existing knowledge and skills to promote children’s health and well-being. It will also support staff in meeting many of the requirements of Síolta and Aistear.
Participation in the programme requires management approval and support to enable staff to attend training and implement the learning afterwards into everyday practice. A help desk facility from NCN will be available throughout.
The Programme is heavily subsidized by the HSE, supported by the Department of Children & Youth Affairs and the Department of Education and Skills.
