HACCP Level 1 & 2 Training -

Dear Early Years Providers,

The FSAI recommends that basic food handlers complete Level 1 Training and Level 2 is completed 6 months later.
This will depend on the level of risk involved in the food preparation.


These courses are designed to meet the requirements on the attached training guidelines from the FSAI.


The online delivery is accepted by the FSAI and is one part of the overall Food Safety Management Program that must be put in place by all food handling facilities. 

If you wish to complete the online training follow the steps below:


You will need a credit of debit card to make payment.

1.       http://www.elearn.ie/

2.       On the tab at the top choose “BUY NOW”

3.       Choose Food Safety Courses.

4.       Register your account http://www.elearn.ie/Register/  (MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR VERIFICATION EMAIL!)

5.       Complete the form choosing which course you wish to complete and make payment via PayPal

6.       Follow the instructions from there.
